Rents for 1 to 4 people, nice large studio (31m²) on the first floor in Saint Aygulf (Var) with private and enclosed personal terrace of 24 m² facing the sea.

You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean, this accommodations are only thirty meters from the sea and its magnificent Esclamandes beach made of fine sand. Access to the sea is direct.

The terrace, which can be covered by an electrically operated blind, is equipped with 4 deckchairs, a parasol, a table and garden chairs.

The interior of the accommodation (air-conditioned) is composed as follows:

- A large living room with a double bed (vertical retractable with storage and wardrobe). A sofa bed (seating for 3 people – sleeping for 2 people) as well as an extra bed (sleeping for one person), allowing up to 5 people to sleep. Sheets are provided. Various storage spaces and shelves are at your disposal, as well as a table with high chairs (from which you can watch the sea during your meals). A television is also in this main room.

- A kitchen equipped with storage units, 3 ceramic hobs, sink, refrigerator, freezer, traditional electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crockery,... in short everything you need and even cutlery for baby. The accommodations are also equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

- A beautiful bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and storage units. A hairdryer is also available.

- The accommodations are equipped with a personal cellar and a secure bicycle room.

- Big plus: no worries about parking: a private parking space is reserved for you within the residence. This parking lot is private and enclosed.

. Good to know: a bus stop and a cycle path are located at the foot of the residence and the large Auchan shopping mall is only 3 minutes away by car.

. Many activities nearby: Aqualand, Luna Park, go-karting, jet skiing, diving, water skiing, quad biking, climbing, horseback riding, sea fishing, all sports activities, shuttle to Saint Tropez, and so much more, not to mention the botanical garden of the Aréca park (3 ha) for young and old.

Also note that every Monday evening, from July 14 to August 25 inclusive, fireworks are fired from Fréjus and are visible from the accommodation.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
- Our animal friends are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The accommodations are non-smoking.
- A deposit of €500 will be required on arrival (and returned on departure, of course).
- Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday in July and August. The rest of the year, they are for a minimum of two nights.
