The fourth bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, making it especially suitable for families. The property also includes three fully equipped bathrooms, two of which are en suite, ensuring both privacy and convenience for guests. All bathrooms are modern in design and fitted with showers.

The living area is spacious and inviting, combining a comfortable lounge with a dining space where guests can relax or gather together. It is furnished with a sofa, television, and coffee table, creating the perfect setting to unwind after a day in the city. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, although earlier access may be possible depending on availability and can be confirmed the day before arrival. For late arrivals, additional fees apply: €20 for check-ins between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM, €30 between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM, and €40 between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. These fees must be paid online prior to arrival.

For check-out, guests are kindly requested to leave the keys on the living room table and close the door behind them by 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed in advance. It is important not to leave the keys inside the lock when exiting the apartment during your stay, as this may block access and require locksmith assistance, the cost of which will be the guest’s responsibility. The cleaning team will typically arrive around 11:00 AM, so guests are asked to allow access if their departure coincides.
