AvantStay Little Italy San Diego

Loved this property! Very nice amenities. Parking was a breeze, we were able to find free street parking for the entirety of our stay. We felt safe and it was close to the freeway and major attractions. We would stay again for sure.

I was initially a bit hesitant to book this property because there were not many reviews available. However, my wife and I had a wonderful stay while visiting for our anniversary. The check-in process was seamless, and the accommodation was exceptionally clean, which was a huge plus for us. During our stay, I had a quick question about the HVAC system and sent a text to the property manager. They responded promptly and resolved the issue right away, which I greatly appreciated. Another major advantage was the location. The property is conveniently situated near many places, including Little Italy. Once my wife and I became familiar with the area, we found that we could easily walk to many restaurants, bars and shops. One thing to note is that because the property is centrally located in the city, it can be somewhat noisy at night. If you are particularly sensitive to noise, this is something to keep in mind. That said, it did not negatively impact the overall quality of our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend Ancora by AvantStay to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in San Diego.

Great sport to stay in Down town San Diego. Close to everything. On the 22nd floor there’s a great pool and hang out lounge. Very clean and safe. Def would stay here again.

Me and my family had a great time. The place was clean and had everything we needed.
