Woodland Inn and Suites Extended Stay on North Rock Road offers travelers a convenient and accessible location in Wichita. Guests can enjoy comfortable rooms with essential amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a business center. The hotel’s interior-corridor design ensures a safe and private environment for all visitors. We offer a free continental breakfast daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, including pastry, juice, cereals, yogurt, coffee and tea. Additionally, coffee/hot chocolate are available for our guests 24 hours a day.

*Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
*Early or late check-in is subject to availability.
*Guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in.
*Minimum check-in age is 21 years.
*A early check-in fee of $20 will apply (for arrivals before 2:00 PM).
Check-Out :
*Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
*A late check-out fee of $40 will apply (for departures after 12:00 PM).
Children:
*Children of all ages are welcome.
*No children under 18 allowed in hallways or outdoor areas without an adult after 10:00PM.
Pet Policy:
*Dogs & Cats are allowed.
*Pets are allowed for an extra charge of $10 per pet/night.
*Dogs must be leashed at all times and may not be left alone in the room.
*A maximum of 2 well behaved pets allowed per room, pets can be 90lbs or less.
Smoking Fee:
*A $200 fee will be charged for smoking in any non-smoking room or area.
Deposit Policy:
*A damage deposit of USD 50 is required upon arrival, collected by cash or credit card. This deposit will be fully refunded at the time of check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property.
Parking Lot:
*No mechanical or repair work allowed.
*Non-working vehicles may not remain for more than 24 hours.

*Extra Room Key: $2 each.
*Quiet Hours: Begin at 9:00 PM.
*Visitors: No visitors permitted after 10:00 PM.
*Guest Amenities: Amenities are for registered paying guests only - “guests of guests” are not allowed to use hotel facilities.
