THE SPACE
This isn’t just a room with a view. It’s a thoughtfully designed retreat—45m² of elegant, light-filled space designed for slow living, deep rest, and the special pleasure of having nowhere you need to be.

A queen-size “Nuvola” (Cloud) mattress—memory foam, supremely soft, and designed for spinal health. The kind of bed you’ll talk about when you get home. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the landscape and flood the room with natural light from the moment the sun rises over the granite hills.

Living & workspace:
A desk facing the terrace: an inspiring spot for reading, writing, or remote work with reliable WiFi (94 Mbps download / 26 Mbps upload). Here, the indoors and outdoors blend seamlessly; even the shower overlooks a small private cactus garden through a vertical window.

Outdoor veranda & kitchen:
A covered veranda serves as your open-air kitchen and dining space, surrounded by an aromatic herb garden and sculpted granite rocks. Enjoy leisurely breakfasts in the morning light. Candlelit dinners under Sardinia’s warm evening sky, with the silhouette of Corsica fading into dusk. This is where the days begin and end.

Fully insulated with sustainable Isotex bricks. Hot and cold air conditioning for year-round comfort. Fully solar-powered and chemical-free. Pure, fluoride-free well water.
