The Cove is a bright 2BR guest suite in Glenbrook with private entrance and no shared spaces. 951 sq ft with warm wood floors, modern kitchen, island seating, and comfortable living area with board games. Sleeps 5 with king, queen, and pullout sofa bed. Soaker tub, in-suite laundry, fast WiFi, and free street parking. Quiet location just 13 minutes to downtown, with easy access to shops, dining, and the mountains.
The space
The Cove is designed to feel easy the moment you walk in. Clean lines, warm finishes, and a layout that actually breathes.
The living area is comfortable without trying. Generous seating, a pullout sofa for an extra guest, and board games for slower nights.
The kitchen is fully set up with modern appliances and island seating that naturally becomes the centre of the space.
Two bedrooms sit quietly off the main area:

✨ Living room: Double sofa pullout (sleeps one additional guest)
The suite sleeps up to five comfortably.

Full private access to the entire guest suite. Private entrance, self check-in, and no shared spaces. Free street parking directly out front. The garage and backyard is not available for guest use.
The Cove is a registered short-term rental with the City of Calgary.
Other things to note
- No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the property. Smoking violations incur a $400 air restoration fee.
- Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM per Calgary Bylaw.
- No parties or large gatherings.
- If something gets accidentally damaged, please let us know early.
