The Ketch is a charming three-bedroom cottage set within a beautifully converted Grade II listed building, ideally located in Swanage town centre and only a few steps from the beach. With views over Swanage Bay and direct access to the historic High Street, this unique property forms part of the contemporary redevelopment of the former Ship Hotel—alongside Chandlers, The Ship Inn, and the onsite restaurant. Guests are perfectly positioned to enjoy the Stone Quay, Victorian Pier, and the town’s sandy beach, all just a short stroll away.
Accessed through a split-level shared courtyard, the ground floor opens into a welcoming hallway leading to a newly renovated lounge. This bright living space features a large sash window opening onto a small balcony overlooking the High Street, creating an ideal spot to watch Swanage life go by.
