Very communicative snd responsive. Very safe and upscale neighborhood. More like a multi- room airbnb. No too many frills but clean, safe, quiet and helpful.

Rooms were clean, easy to get to the tram or buses, though have to walk up or oden steps, though it is Rome! Very quiet neighbourhood about 20-25 moms walk from Trastevere.

The receptionist was very kind and supportive, and our room was clean and organized. The property is located on a hill but offers easy access to the city, which is about 30 minutes away by train. Our experience would have been better if we hadn't heard footsteps and vacuuming sounds from the upper floors in the middle of the night or early morning. Overall I would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Poeiro. Our host Gloria was serviceminded and helpful, the apartment was clean, spacious and beautifully renovated. The neighboorhood was quiet and safe, with the bus stop located 2 min from the Villa. We highly recommend to book this apartment for your stay in Rome!
