In the open-plan living area, you’ll have a welcoming sofa and Smart TV all ready for relaxing. The modern kitchen is ideal for cooking yummy meals, perhaps using freshly caught seafood purchased nearby, while the cosy bedroom has a charming feature fireplace. Outside, the sunny patio creates an ideal spot for enjoying breakfast in the fresh air. It’s furnished with a bistro set and there’s a handy shower attachment for rinsing off sandy feet and swim gear.

The property is in a handy location with pubs, shops and quirky shops all within walking distance (400 metres). For an enchanting coastal walk, we recommend joining the South West Coast Path (1 mile) and following it along to The Loe (3 miles), a large freshwater lake. If you’re feeling energetic, continue to Gunwalloe (4.5 miles) where a listed medieval church sits between two spectacular coves. At Marazion, 9 miles in the opposite direction, you can take a boat to the tidal island of St Michael’s Mount.
