Mocha butcher block countertops, and dark painted cabinetry create a relaxed, lived in feel, while a full suite of appliances makes meal preparation easy. The adjacent dining area features a large table with seating for your group, set beneath a striking wood beamed ceiling and custom lighting. BED AND BATH

There are (2) traditional bedrooms that are comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, each with quality linens and a calm, simple aesthetic. The primary bedroom with king bed is spacious and private, located on the second level, with warm wood ceilings and direct access to an en suite bath. The second bedroom located on first floor offers flexibility for families or groups, featuring a queen bed and full size trundle.



The third bedroom has been converted into den/media room but still offers an oversized sofa that when paired with the provided roll-up Japanese mattress and linens become perfectly acceptable for sleeping arrangements best suited for kids and teenagers.



Bathrooms feature a mix of classic Santa Fe elements and practical updates, with walk in showers, handcrafted vanities, and clean finishes designed for ease and comfort.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The outdoor areas are quiet and natural, surrounded by mature trees and native landscaping. A private patio with outdoor dining provides a peaceful setting for morning coffee or evening meals. The property feels tucked away and serene, offering a sense of retreat while still being conveniently located.
