À propos de cette location de vacances
This large barn conversion in Haceby, Lincolnshire is the perfect getaway for groups of friends or multi-generational families. From the sparkling indoor pool to the games room and beautifully manicured gardens, this gated hideaway offers all the space and privacy you desire. Venture away from the grounds and enjoy all the amenities the local area has to offer. Explore the grounds of Belvoir Castle, the ancestral home of the Duke of Rutland’s family, 16 miles away. On sunny days, enjoy a game of tennis at the Grantham Tennis Club or visit Sleaford Castle, built in the 12th century, just 7 miles away. In Ancaster, you’ll find the Viking Way Walking Route (7 miles) while the village of Heckington (12 miles) is home to the only 8-sailed windmill in the world.
Enter the barn conversion where you’ll find an alluring super-king-size bedroom with a dressing table and access to the Jack and Jill bathroom. While away the evenings in the well-equipped games room, home to a pool table, an LED-lit dartboard and a comfortable double sofa bed. Move through the barn to the next bedroom which features an inviting king-size bed with doors to the garden and wood-burner. Upstairs on the mezzanine floor, you’ll find a cosy twin bedroom under the eaves. In the hallway, guests enjoy access to a shower room with a WC, plus there’s a workspace area here with a desk overlooking the garden and an additional sofa bed. Further along the barn, you’ll find a delightful bedroom hosting a double bunk bed with a trundle, which sleeps up to five guests, a comfortable king-size bedroom, and a well-appointed bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. Next, the contemporary galley-style kitchen is the perfect place to dish up some snacks – better still, there’s a large dining table capable of seating up to 16 guests. After dinner, settle down on the sumptuous sofas in the large lounge area while warming your toes in front of the crackling wood burner.
The impressive outdoor space features a large indoor pool with exposed beams, courtyards with manicured gardens to stroll in and a large table for guests to gather and enjoy al fresco dining. Charcoal BBQ (charcoal provided by the owner)
