In the most secret and fascinating heart of Venice , just a 10-minute walk from St. Mark's Square , there is a place that is not just an accommodation, but a fragment of history: the Templar's Apartment .
An introduction that smells of legend
The apartment is located inside the ancient Palazzo dei Templari, a building of 1200 in Venetian Gothic style, protected by UNESCO and guardian of symbols and mysteries handed down over the centuries.
The majestic marble door, sculpted like the hull of a medieval ship, tells of Mediterranean trade and ancient routes to Constantinople. The ancient handles depict Templar symbols: the tree of life and the five-petalled rose, a mystical emblem linked to the Grail tradition.
Beyond the entrance, a bright internal courtyard with decorated well wall leads to a palace that preserves original Roman columns, marble floors from the thirteenth century and even a pre-Christian Phoenician column that is more than two thousand years old. The beams of the apartment come from ancient Venetian galeazze: firewood of war that today silently support a space of peace and hospitality.
Here, medieval Venice is not told: it is breathed.

The Templar's Apartment
 
Once you cross the threshold of the apartment, you find yourself in a cozy and well-kept environment, ideal for those who want to experience Venice from a more intimate perspective. The small entrance leads to the kitchen, compact but functional and equipped with everything necessary to make even a breakfast or a meal at home pleasant. Guests have access to a kettle, microwave, coffee machine and waffles, to start the day calmly before plunging into the streets, fields and Venetian wonders.
The living area is cozy and well organized, with sofa, table with chairs and a space dedicated to moments of relaxation. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable single bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to three people.
The double bedroom is one of the most suggestive rooms in the house. The ancient exposed beams interact with furnishings in elegant and delicate tones, while the Murano glass lamps on the sides of the bed add a typically Venetian detail. The chest, the exposed coat rack and the television complete a room designed to allow yourself peace and rest after a day spent discovering the city.
The bright and functional bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Even the location makes the Appartamento dei Templari a special choice: leaving the building you immediately find yourself in the unmistakable atmosphere of the Venetian streets, far from the feeling of an impersonal stay and instead immersed in the most authentic Venice. St. Mark's Square, Rialto and some of the city's main wonders are within easy walking distance.
Staying at Appartamento dei Templari means choosing something more than just an apartment: it means living for a few days in a place rich in history, charm and Venetian details, transforming the stay itself into part of the travel experience.
The reservation will be considered confirmed only when the contract is signed, which includes all the conditions and details of the stay.

HOUSE RULES
• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
• Respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00, avoiding noises that may disturb the neighborhood.
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Only registered guests can stay in the accommodation.
• Please use the furniture, appliances and all the equipment in the house carefully.
• Before leaving the apartment, be sure to turn off lights, cookers, air conditioners and other appliances.
• Separate collection is mandatory. Waste must be returned in the appropriate containers and must not be left inside the accommodation at the end of the stay.
• It is forbidden to move furniture or furnishings without authorization.
• Any damage, failure or malfunction must be reported promptly.
• When leaving the accommodation, make sure that doors and windows are properly closed.
• Check-out must be done within the agreed time.
