This is a gem. Beautiful little flat with everything you need for a visit in Phoenix. It’s not the full service hotel vibe, but rather feels like stepping into a second life and living in a downtown apartment. Nice pool deck, great lounge area, excellent work space including private call rooms. Could set up a coworking session in the community space (ex: if visiting for a conference as I was) Would stay here again!!!

After multiple communications about the financial arrangements, I arrived at 9pm (early check-in was “denied”) after an event where I’d had to store my luggage. There was no record of my reservation and no room assignment or key available. After repeated calls to the support team, I was assigned three different rooms, each requiring a trip to a lockbox, then to the unit. None of the keys opened the door and the security guard was unable to reprogram the key fobs. The fourth assignment didn’t have a key in the lockbox. By this point, at 10:??pm, I was told they had no other options for me and there was no support offered for finding an alternative. So, at that point, I walked onto the dark street to find someplace to stay. The Westin had a room available and, after hearing my story, did amazing things to make me comfortable and make it feasible to stay there Never again!

Very reasonably priced for the area. The room was very nice and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like soff TP and beddinf, and a brita filter in the fridge. The pool and gym facilities were brand new and very nice. The location is great, easy walking distance to the conference center and downtown, and it is literally across the streeet from ASU. Highly recommend.

This is a gem. Beautiful little flat with everything you need for a visit in Phoenix.
