The lofted layout ensures that everyone in your group has a space to call their own. Take advantage of the well-equipped, full kitchen to prepare cost-saving meals at home, meet up fireside in the cozy living area and watch your favorite shows or movies on the TV, or head out to your private balcony to welcome the day with your morning coffee or close things out with a glass of wine. Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
