This quiet, residential community boasts the oldest golf course in the northwest - Gearhart Golf Links. And from your peaceful Gearhart cottage, your commute to the green is only about a mile. Not a golfer? A long stretch of sandy beach is just a few blocks away, and easy day trips within a 30-minute drive include Seaside and Cannon Beach to the south and Astoria to the north. There is a Ping-Pong table in the shed and needs to be assembled.
Of course, you may just want to stay around town and relax in front of the toasty gas fireplace in your Gearhart cottage's cozy living room. This open space has hardwood floors, a comfortable sectional sofa, and lots of space for socializing. Check out the local bakery, on the nights that you do stay in, you'll have a modern, full kitchen and dining area for memorable vacation meals.

Really quaint and cute cottage by the sea with four bedrooms. The shared living spaces are really comfy. There is also a big back yard with a BBQ.The house is only about a block (walking up D street) from a beach entrance. Note that once you go into the beach entrance it's another 5-10 min walk through on the path through the grasses and wildflowers until you reach the sand. This is true for every house on the short, not unique to this one.Right in town, about a five minute walk, there is a bakery, coffee shop, restaurant, mini deli, and sweet shop (shout out to Ziggy's!) that are all cute and really fun.We normally stay in Seaside, not Gearhart, but Seaside is just a short drive down the road. It felt like we were basically already in Seaside.Internet worked fine for all of us. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. Kitchen is stocked with many things, and basic bath and kitchen supplies are provided.We'd stay again!
