Each gorgeous day here begins and ends outdoors, whether you're sipping your morning coffee in Adirondack chairs or cozying up around the fire table in the evenings. There's also a gas grill and an outdoor dining table for alfresco meals in the island breeze at sunset.



The interior is marked by large, open rooms, lofty ceilings, and plentiful windows framing the lagoon. It's a natural space for gathering, from the great room with its gas fireplace and wet bar to the chic kitchen with modern appliances and cabinetry. Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations
