Getting Around:

Islanders Beach Park will close to the public September 8, 2026, through May 31, 2027, to allow the second phase of site improvements to move forward. A temporary mulch walkway on the north side of Islanders Beach Park also will provide pedestrian access to the beach. During the construction period, beachgoers are encouraged to use nearby beach parks and public access points, including Folly Field Beach Park and Driessen Beach Park.
