Welcome to The Art House by the Beach, a beautifully curated Brighton home where art, light and relaxed Bayside living come together. With soaring vaulted ceilings and expansive glass, the home is filled with natural light, while thoughtfully selected artwork and beautifully styled interiors create a sophisticated yet welcoming coastal atmosphere.
Designed for relaxed group stays, the home offers multiple living areas and seamless indoor–outdoor flow. Step outside to enjoy long summer days by the solar-heated pool and easy alfresco dining, perfect for slow afternoons and evenings with family or friends. After a swim or a walk along the beach, unwind and recharge in the private indoor sauna.

The home also includes three bathrooms, offering comfort and convenience for families or groups travelling together.
Set in one of Brighton’s most sought-after pockets, the home sits directly opposite the beach and the iconic Brighton Baths, ideal for morning swims, coastal walks and sunset views across the bay. A short stroll takes you to Church Street, where you’ll find fantastic cafés, restaurants and boutiques, while Middle Brighton Station provides easy access into Melbourne’s CBD.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
