We really enjoyed our stay here! The host has a beautiful home, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect, just a short drive to the water, which made it super convenient for exploring the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

This 2-story condo an incline village is in a fantastic location and recently renovated with beautiful, modern finishes & appliances. As a long-time, designer I appreciated the nuance and aesthetic decisions made to ensure a beautiful and modern space. Great hosts! No AC though and gets stuffy at night.Location: fantastic spot in Incline Vilage- right at N. Lakeshore Drive, also known as as “billionaires row.” The architecture around this area is spectacular. Easily walk to the Hyatt resort across the street (also rents bikes there). Immediately adjacent the condo are several places where you can enjoy wonderful restaurants and shops. Fumo is excellent!Note to future renters: Incline Village beaches are COMPLETELY restricted to Incline Village residents and NOT accessible to short-term renters. We did not understand this in advance and were quite surprised upon arrival flying from Cincy, OH. People who know the area will already know this. Nevertheless, Sand Harbor Beach is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Tahoe and a must. You MUST secure parking min 2 weeks in advance at Sand Harbor Beach as it sells out fast and you WILL miss out. Very strict. Arrive by 9:30 with print out!!! NO JOKE.From a driving standpoint, it’s easy to access places like Hidden Beach and Sand Harbour Beach. There is a family owned grocery store that is modern and within 5 minutes drive. Kings Beach is about 15 to 20 minutes drive depending on traffic. Emerald Bay is an hour.

10/10 would stay at this accommodation again! The location was great and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was exactly as described and pictured.
