Please be advised that Splash Resort is undergoing a scheduled reconstruction project from September 2026 through March 2027. During this time, there will be periods when beach access, the pool, and balconies may be closed or unavailable. Construction work is scheduled Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The balcony for this unit is scheduled to be closed off mid-January through mid-February.

We booked a last-minute trip to Panama City was looking for a place we came across this and we were not disappointed. Room was very clean. Awesome beach view. Our family enjoyed it very much. Will be staying here in the future.

Everything was nice with condo. Few issues I reported that need to be fixed for future stays. The only problem with staying here is the elevators. They have 4 but still not enough for the number of people who stay here

Very comfortable, clean condo. The beach chairs included was a great bonus! The living room sliding door is very stubborn to open so we had to use the bedroom balcony doors. Not a big deal but something to note as a heads up.
