Please note: There are currently balcony repairs going on in units on the other side of the building. Beach access and pool are still open!



The Space:

Welcome to your beachfront escape in beautiful Indian Shores, Florida! Located just steps from the sand, this first-floor 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.



Inside, you'll find a spacious layout with a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, making it ideal for couples, small families, or a group of friends (sleeps 4 total). The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home—pots, pans, utensils, blender, coffee maker, and more.



Step outside to enjoy the beachfront swimming pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, or lounge on one of the many lounge chairs with a view! Whether you're watching the waves, catching a sunset, or taking a refreshing dip, the patio and pool area offers the perfect place to unwind.

You’ll be staying at in a peaceful and charming beach town known for its quiet shoreline, great local eats, and stunning Gulf sunsets. You're also just a short drive from popular attractions like Clearwater Beach, John's Pass, and several nature parks.



⚠️ Please Note: Temporary Construction Notice:

Balcony renovations are currently underway on the other side of the building, however, our unit is unaffected. They are working on the balconies near the pool, so a portion of the pool deck is closed, however the pool is still open and a majority of the lounge chairs and still available. Construction is expected to be completed by early 2027.

Guest Access:

Guest have access to the whole condo and all the beach gear you should need including beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, a cooler and more. There is also a community pool, lounge chairs, outdoor picnic tables, grills and a coin operated washing and dryer on each floor



Interaction with Guests:

We live a few miles down the road if we are ever needed. Typically, we do not interact with the guests throughout their stay unless we are needed for absolutely anything or guests would like to meet us, we are always more than happy to talk/meet with our guests.
