Compact and clean recently done up little studio apartment with small but serviceable kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of car parking. Very good value (compared to local hotels, which wanted over £200 a night when I needed to be in Aylesbury)

It's part of a social housing block run by Fairhive Homes ... but the lessor does own it, so legal to rent out (we checked!) .. still it is part of a social housing block so the public areas are a bit grotty and there are a lot of stairs and doors to reach the flat and several locks to negotiate (the one on the apartment door had me flummoxed for a while, but I worked it out). Plus it was a bit heavy on the cleaning product smell, so I opened all the windows and got blow back from people smoking outside ... hence the need for the smelly cleaning products I guess!!

Extremely convenient with ample off street parking - easy access and of an exceptional standard inside!! Very well presented and equipped! Would definitely recommend. With the continuous heat waves we have had the air conditioning unit with externally fitted vent was very much appreciated.

Very noisy neighbours next door.TV blasting at very high volume very late Friday our first nights stay.. Excruciating noise just after 5.30 am one morning during our stay when litter bins were being collected. Loud party noise /frolics on our last nights stay not sure which Apt is was coming from and am guessing it was to do with the WORLD CUP. I'm guessing that all the above issues are "out of control of the Apartment's owner
