Location, attention to details, cleanliness, the minimalist interior, how inviting the property feels.
The property is listed as having private parking. Although the free communal parking is really close, it's still inconvenient. The second night we had to circle around to find an available spot at the far end. When we were checking out, putting the last luggage and the key away, the owner of the parking spot in front of the house arrived and insisted that we move our car because he was in a rush. He couldn't wait for 2 minutes.
Also, the second bedroom doesn't make much sense because the property is a little tight for 2 couples, or even for a family with teenagers. And having only one bathroom and toilet doesn't help. Thankfully, there were only the two of us.
