Super easy, collected from the tanning salon reception which is attached to the property. We were slightly early so the receptionist let us sit on the sofas in the waiting room, very friendly and welcoming.
Towels for the bathroom were tiny hand towels, no proper bath towels or bigger ones, which wasn't a problem, just good to bear in mind. Shower also ran cold in the morning like we ran out of hot water. The room was hard to find as it wasn't labelled with the door number so we were looking for it for a while trying different doors with the key.
