The location and apartment were what was expected and well maintained.
After 4 years of using Booking.com, I have never had so much problem with confirming a booking or collecting the keys ever. No owner group across Australia, Korea, Malta, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, England, Wales and Scotland was so aggressive and demanding and lacked a sense of customer service. The additional steps in the booking process is a huge unnecessary burden and collecting the keys makes sure you know you're not welcome.

The facilities: indoor heated pool, gym, outdoor gardens and walking track
The fob we were given didn't work properly and we were locked out late at night, and the right one wasn't provided during our stay.
