The street appears to have seen better days, but is nothing to worry about. The apartment is modern, clean and well-equipped, if quirky in terms of the second ‘bedroom’. Only a few minutes from the Metro, with nearby convenience stores, and easily walkable to central areas.
Nothing serious.

The location and a very comfortable apartment with good facilities, washing machine and dryer. Everything works.
Supermarket a couple of minutes down the road.
We walked to the Old Town and Mont Royal from the apartment.
Airport bus 747, 10 min walk, bus stop, where China Town begins.
We stayed for 10 nights.
An electric kettle! That was the only thing missing but plenty of pots and pans to boil water.
