The property is as described, and it was ok for a night. This does not mean there is anything wrong, but for families with children, you should keep a few things in mind. It is a shared facility with a shared bathroom (as indicated). It is an apartment with rooms each rented to different people, and they are not very sound-isolated, which might be a problem with small children. The neighborhood is versatile, which means if you are not used to versatile people, it will not suit you. Very basic, which was not a problem for us since we were there for a night and continued our journey. The hosts are really nice and supportive and made everything easy. Close to the train station and an easy bus ride to Venice centre.
You could say the first part of the review contains everything.

It was clean and great. The air conditioner was also perfect and the room was completely cold even in this hot weather.
