Sośnica Resort & SPA PENTHOUSE

The overall experience was excellent - staff accommodated a very late arrival. Instructions for parking, and getting keys very easy. the overall resort is super clean, modern and well laid out. The apartment itself was stunning. Large bedrooms and bathrooms, with a well appointed kitchen and a ton of space in the living and dining room area. Nice bonus of 2 separate decks for enjoying the view. Nice touch as the floors were heated. The staff is very accommodating - I left an item behind and they are mailing it to me in the USA. HIghly recommend this property if you're looking for a clean, modern, comfortable and very spacious. Also have a great on-site gym (I'm very picky with gyms), and a sauna. It was quiet as well - we did not see any kids while staying here so not sure if its geared towards couples/friends traveling in groups. We had a group of 4 and the 2 bed/2bad apartment was perfect for us - more than enough space for all of us. We will definitely be back when in Zakopane again. Thanks for a great stay!

Honestly can't say there was anything I didn't like.

Obiekt świetnie położony. Piękne widoki. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny

Gdyby w strefie basenowej była możliwość zakupu drinka, wody, coli czy czegokolwiek do picia było by idealnie

The design of facilities is perfect and recent renovated. The location is great. Moreover, There is a bidet in the bathroom, a feature the hotel provides for Muslims. Special thanks to Paulina in the reception.

Few comment: - The window curtains are torn, and I reported once check in but nothing happened. - The rule of hotel one free housekeeping service for 4 night stays, while we stay 5 nights without any housekeeping services.
