Excellent communication with the host! Very responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions. They offer very useful videos to help with finding the location, using the appliances, etc. Recommend watching them, they come in handy. Rooms are very clean and spacious, sufficient storage space, beds are comfortable. The apartment has a washer and a dryer, which is a rarity in rentals in London. Dryer does take quite some time to dry the clothes, they also have a dryer rack. Bathrooms are basic and rather small. Location is very convenient, 10 minutes walk from the Paddington train station. You will need to bring your own toiletries, but they provide towels, etc.
The process of getting the key was a bit cumbersome. You have to pick up the keys from a person at a grocery shop which is located 15 min walk away from the actual rental place. Also during check out you have to go back to the same shop to return the key adding extra travel time on the day of departure. I wish there was a key lock by the door to the apartment, it would be easier. Also, It would be nice to have some basic items like tea bags, sugar, salt, etc.

In realtà non ci sono due bagni. Uno è molto piccolo e nell’altro c’è solo il wc.
Il locker delle chiavi è a 15 minuti a piedi dall’appartamento. Un po scomodo soprattutto quando devi spostarti con i bagagli e con la metro.
La richiesta della cauzione è troppo elevata: 950€ per un soggiorno di 4 notti . Dopo 14 giorni dal check out ho dovuto sollecitare per la restituzione
