Brilliant for an overnight stay. It was raining, and we did not venture outside. Clean, comfortable. all amenities that was required.

Need 2 x sets of towl. We were a couple and had to share. No milk or cream available for coffee. Coffee and tea were catered for. Need soap in the bathroom

* Service: The staff was unfriendly upon arrival, and we were told we wouldn't need a gate remote because the gate was monitored by CCTV 24/7. This turned out to be untrue, which caused significant inconvenience. * Room Condition: There was a faint, unpleasant smell throughout the room, and the bathroom door would not close properly. * Amenities: We were only provided with one towel per room and had to specifically request a second one. The lighting was also inadequate, as there were no bedside lamps, only one main light. * Noise: The refrigerator was very noisy and cycled on and off throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, the lack of attention to detail and poor service made for a frustrating experience.
