Connivence of location and being pet friendly
The couch was small and low to the ground. Me and my child could not lay comfortably on the couch.

The view was amazing! It is also away from the busy strip.
I did notice some things were not as clean as I was expecting. We had a dirty towel, the dish washer was loaded when we got there and we didn’t have the starter things like listed in the email. We are mad or upset about it as we booked it really last minute and was there within a hour or 2 to stay.
