Liked the location & proximity to UBC and surrounding area & quiet neighborhood.
Was very disappointed with this stay claiming it is ‘luxury’ accommodation. The 2nd bed in the front bedroom was like sleeping on a rock. It’s so hard we had to put cushions from the kitchen bench seat on it. And the owner had a towel on the cushions on the bench seat in the kitchen cause they were stained so badly. No fans (no AC) at all…it was summer in Vancouver and high 20’s for the week so we cooked all week in the apartment. There was plenty of misc junk left at the front & back entrance and mops & cleaning supplies left in a corner in the kitchen. Oh and there is no cable TV at all - not even local Vancouver stations. When I inquired, I was told to use my phone or install an app & view the news that way. Ugh! Definitely not what I expected for so called ‘luxury’ accommodation & the high cost for the week.
