The location was fantastic and was welcomed nicely. And although bed was a little low I slept very well. Bedding was very clean and pillows were comfortable. Key procedures were explained very clearly.
There was lots of wear and tear and bad decorating where paint was on skirting, tiles and sockets. Old wallpaper coming away from walls and ceiling. The hot water didn't work in our room for the sink and there was no soap. Was told there was soap in the shared toilet on our floor.
It was disappointing that the main lounge/social area was so underwhelming, was hard to say exactly what it was for and seamed to be unused mostly. The plug above our bed didn't work at all and there was no side tables or lamp. Wish I'd taken more photos.
