This place is located in a quiet part of Seoul in an area known for premium schools and academies (not a touristy location). The interior is quite new and cosy with all the necessary amenities so I had a very comfortable stay here :) There's a convenience store right around the corner, a department store five minutes from the place and many traditional Korean restaurants also in the walking distance. Just keep in mind that this place is on the basement floor so there's little natural sunlight!
Little greenery in the neighbourhood (no trees, just concrete).

Exceptionally clean and centric.
