The location is very good, walking distance from almost everything and we felt safety there.
The host was polite.
It not 4 stars, as we expected. It more basic and overpriced.
A lot of noise, you can hear everything from the other apartments.
Hard to take a shower, may be when someone in the other apartments use water too.
No amenities, even cotton and body cream, no flip flop, even the shower gel was not enought for 6 days
And it was not good cleaned- dirty glasses with lipstick and a dust.
If it was half of the price- it would be valuable for money..

Wir hatten wirklich einen perfekte Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut und man kann alles bestens erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war problemlos und sehr einfach!

Great location in the heart of Florence but the street itself was quiet (and the thick double windows helped). Beautifully designed and decorated with marble and gold. Roberta was kind and helpful with all communications.
A few minor things like: needed a bathroom trashcan, a clothes drying rack and a sharp knife.

Nydelig sted. Fantastisk beliggenhet.
Heisen var liten og skummel.
