Buona posizione, pulito ed accogliente. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo
Piccolo problema con perdita di acqua dal condizionatore.

Bathroom, shower specifically was good.
Location is great (can get a bit noisy at night but that was okay).
2 fans and 2 aircons, great for the warm weather.
Nice big fridge if you're staying for long.
The aircon above the stairs was leaking. Due to this the stairs become a safety hazard and no one can sleep downstairs.
Downstairs room has a moldy smell.
Water was also randomly leaking in the bathroom, no where near a tap.
No comfortable couch to relax on. The only one is downstairs and is also a sleeper couch. If you're going to have sleeping space for 6 there should be seating for 6 on couches too.
