As this property is very new ,there were definitely some issues we faced but it was solely because they had opened this property just few days back else it has very comfortable arrangement plus location is on highway so easy connectivity.Overall it was good experience with single suggestion to solve mosquito issues.

Mostly everything

The staff was helpful and cooperative. They listened to our concerns and arranged for the washroom to be cleaned twice when we reported the cleanliness issues. Although they could not change our room, we appreciate that they listened and tried to address our concerns. The location of the hotel was convenient and close to many major places to visit in Haridwar, which made travelling around the city easier. Haridwar itself was a wonderful experience, and attending the Ganga Aarti was truly peaceful and memorable. The spiritual atmosphere made our visit special, and we would love to visit Haridwar again to experience the Ganga Aarti. Overall, while the hotel stay could have been better in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and value for money, the helpful attitude of the staff and the convenient location were positive aspects of our experience. We hope the hotel improves its facilities so that future guests can enjoy a more comfortable stay.

Considering the condition of the room, poor cleanliness, bathroom maintenance issues, and unpleasant canteen smell, I feel that the room was not worth the amount charged. In my opinion, rooms with these facilities and this level of maintenance should cost around ₹1,000 per night, rather than being charged at a premium hotel rate. The overall experience did not offer value for money, and the hotel needs significant improvement to justify its pricing.
