Very good and modern apartment, parking under the building.

The staff was extremely helpful, the apartment was clean and modern, the kitchen well stocked, washer and dryer on premise, grocery stores nearby (Billa and Lidl) as is a bus station.
Not being a technologically savvy person, I was a bit overwhelmed by all the buttons. 😉

location, modern and new
cleaning could be better since floor was not wiped properly
basic supplies in the kitchen for 2-3 nights are usually in apartments but not on this apartment.
there was a miscommunication with management agency as we extended our stay,agreed on price and payment however our access code to apartment was not extended which resulted in uncomfortable situation of standing outside on sunday with 7 months old baby and no one was available to help, answering calls for good 50 minutes. for 24/7 services this need to be improved.
