Perfect location close to everything - shops, bakeries, the lake and main sights. Unlike many other accommodations in the area, it is not uphill. Private parking space two streets away. Spacious room with a fridge and kettle. Tiny but lovely balcony overlooking the main shopping street. Check-in is handled by the staff at the jewellery shop downstairs, who were very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed and ventilate the room regularly. The spiral staircase is quite steep and requires some caution. Please note that you can hear people talking in the street until late at night, but we actually found the atmosphere pleasant. It is not traffic, music or disruptive noise - just the sound of people passing by.

The sheets, especially the quilt had this smell like they were not dried enough before placing them on the bed.
The water suddenly changes temperature from normal to boiling hot or to ice cold.
