Grace was there to welcome us to the property upon arrival and was available for questions during our whole stay. The unit is quite large and comfortable. Limited cooking equipment but generally enough things to make breakfast. We loved the location. Right next to the number 9 bus. In a small, quaint area of town close to the palaces. Easy access to the busier parts of the city. This unit is on the ground level and on a semi-busy street, but tucked behind some buildings on a short walking path with a few stairs. Lots of shops near by. 7-11 and the bus stop is a 15 second walk away. A lovely bakery is immediately downstairs ran by a cute husband and wife duo. Continue down the street towards the mountains for a great park that offers insane views of the city after a short walk up. A++ would stay here again.

The couch is small. My partner found the bed a bit too hard.

I’ve been to Korea many times, and I was genuinely very happy with my stay this time. The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The house was lovely and had everything we needed for daily life. I was traveling with my 1-year-old baby and needed to cook meals for him, so having all the necessary facilities made our stay really comfortable. The market is only about a 4-minute walk away, and there are lots of cute cafés and delicious bakeries nearby. Gyeongbokgung is also just a 10–15 minute walk from the house. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Seoul. ^^

The only thing I didn’t really like was probably due to differences in bathroom culture. In Vietnam, we usually need a bidet spray next to the toilet. Also, the bathroom drain is located outside the shower area, so the entire bathroom floor gets wet every time we take a shower.

The location is great. Local bus n.9 has a 10meters away stop and can take you easily to the underground next the US Embassy. From there you can reach all Seoul. Note: buy the tcard before and top it with some money, you can't pay the bus fare with cash/card on the bus. Only tcard! The apartment is fine for a single person or a couple. It was clean, all was provided, I didn't cook but order a takeway. Washing machine works well and it also dries your clothes. A/C works well. Bathroom and shower all good, I am a big man and it was comfortable for me. You can walk to many amenities and food is crazy good. Try the local market, Tongin Traditional Market. Very safe also, I walked at night, no problem at all. Highly recommended for the location and for seeing the real Seoul and its lovely people (away from the commercial city centre).
