Excellent location 5min walk from train station and airport bus stop (1 euro also at night). Iki supermarket next door. Room is in corridor full of pods on 3rd floor of old industrial office building with major ongoing construction (a common theme in the city). So, Ask about current construction and elevator status. Overall good deal for short stay & price paid.
Dont let the first impression of building exterior or lobby scare you. Cozy room means tiny with alvdalen ikea sofabed (uncomfortable mattress) but has shower, kitchen sink, microwave, fridge, 4 kg washing machine, and portable induction single pan. Boiler is 50L so no long showers. There is no way to dry clothes yet (owner very responsive), and no room/hangers to store clothes. No tv and no individual heater or fan.

Švaru, tvarkinga, apie viską pagalvota, labai gera rami vieta, nors ir netoli geležinkelio stoties. O svarbiausia - jauti, kad tavęs laukė.
Gal kiek mažokas kambarys, bet vienam užtenka vietos.
