The apartment isn’t brand new, but it’s a proper flat with a separate kitchen, not just a room. It offers great value for money.
It has everything you need, including a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine.
The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the metro station. It’s 6 stops from Termini train and bus station and 4 stops from the Colosseum.
There’s a pizzeria called Leonardo near the building. They serve excellent pizza by the slice, perfect for takeaway.
We arrived earlier than expected, and our host, Eleonora, kindly allowed us to check-in early without additional payment.
Thank you!
Not a brand new design

Highly recommended accommodation. Super cozy, with amazing air conditioning, and spotlessly clean. We had absolutely no problems whatsoever. The host is incredibly friendly, and we're definitely planning to stay here again if we return to Rome.
