Adorámos as instalações.
Nada a registar.

Excellent location, amazing room, lovely staff.
Drainage of water was poor, but we dealt with it.

Was clean and comfortable enough.
This place has an odd feel to it. Might be better for a long term stay, but the lack of signage and very limited reception made it funky to find and get in. There was laundry bags piled up in the hallways. The room was fine but the bed felt like a pull-out couch instead of a bed. It left me wondering what this place is trying to be. It is near the university but quite a trek up the hill from the main riverfront area.
