We liked everything, Nicoletta and Marco were very nice and kind when we spoke on the phone. We were able to do an early ckeck in, Nicoletta's dad was very nice too, he met us at the property to give us the keys and to show us the wonderful apartment with amazing views. Everything was perfect, with great attention to detail, perfectly clean. A beautifull detail was a little present we found together with the towels and slippers, all wrapped with a ribbon. There were so many things for breakfast: nice coffee for the coffee machine, kettle with lovely teas, juices, cereal, milk, honey, jam, butter, biscuits, water, other drinks, also snacks, sweets etc. Very nice rooms and comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms. A great location, all the major sites of Assisi were near, within walking distance. We would certainly like to stay at La Casita on our next trip to Assisi and would recommend it to everyone.

Nothing, everything was perfect

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this charming apartment in Assisi. The thoughtful breakfast supplies—including plenty of coffee, jam, honey, toast, and snacks—were especially welcome after our late arrival and lasted us through our short weekend stay. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, with everything we needed to prepare a proper pasta dinner, and there are several delis, fresh markets, and small local shops nearby, as well as a larger grocery store just outside the old town. The location was ideal: a short walk from the main square and about 10 minutes from the Basilica, yet tucked away from the main tourist routes in a calm, peaceful area. Parking was not a problem: covered parking at Parcheggio Porta Mojano is just a short walk away and has an elevator, while Parcheggio Saba Matteotti offers an easy, all-downhill, pleasant walk through town to the apartment. The apartment is reached by two flights of stairs, which felt perfectly in keeping with Assisi’s historic streets, steps, and hills. Set in a beautifully renovated old palazzo, the space is full of character and charm. The hosts were very responsive, readily answering our questions and offering helpful activity recommendations. We would gladly stay here again!

There was nothing I did not like about the appartment. They thought of everything that could be provided for maximum comfort. I would have liked them to demo the coffee cappuccino machine as it was a little challenging to understand how to use it. Maybe written instuctions or a video link. But once I figured it out... it does make great coffee.

Nicoletta e Marco sono persone squisite! Ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo in casa nostra! Ci hanno fatto trovare un super aperitivo e con il kit della colazione. L’appartamento ha tutto il necessario per viverci tranquillamente e una facciata per vedere ogni giorno il tramonto con una bellissima vista.La posizione è perfetta, 10 minuti a piedi dal parcheggio gratuito a san Giacomo consigliato dagli host e lo stesso per arrivare nella piazza e in centro. Grazie ragazzi alla prossima!♥️
