Everything was wonderful! The location was superb—within walking distance of beach bars and restaurants—and the apartment had everything needed for a great stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having a washing machine was incredibly convenient. Cleanliness was a perfect 10/10, and the apartment’s terrace was fantastic and very cozy. The Wi-Fi was fast enough even for work. And most importantly, the smart lock was so convenient we were four, so we didn't have to constantly search for keys or worry about losing them at the beach.

Great apartment, spacious and clean, you have everything you need. The location is great, close to the centre, but still quiet and it was easy to find a parking spot nearby. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We were even able to check-in earlier. We would definitely book it again if we return to Nea Peramos.

The apartment has been recently renovated and is modern, stylish, and very comfortable.
It is thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Having a washing machine was also very convenient for a longer stay.
The location is excellent - close to beautiful beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you need, while still being quiet and peaceful. We also had no problem finding a parking space, even during the busy season.
The only small suggestion for improvement would be to add a wardrobe or some additional storage space in the bedroom for clothes. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Апартаментът е съвременно обзаведен със всичко необходимо. Беше чисто и приятно за пребиваване. Местоположението е много добро, в близост до плажа и заведения за хранене. При всеки въпрос от наша страна веднага имаше отговор от домакините. Иключително лесно е решен въпроса с достъпа до апартамента с "умна врата".
