The space
In a small building, set within a tree-lined square, on the first floor (no elevator) is a cozy apartment with a tropical atmosphere, consisting of an entryway, a living room with a balcony suitable for relaxing, two bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom, a dining area (seating up to 6 people), and a fully equipped kitchen, which includes an oven, dishes, and pots and pans. One of the two bedrooms features a smart-working area with a desk, office chair, and lamp—ideal for working remotely while enjoying the view of the greenery. The entire apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and air conditioning. A convenient grocery store is located 20 meters from the house, and the area in general is well-served by all kinds of businesses, including bakeries, pizzerias, supermarkets, clothing stores, sporting goods stores, and more. Additionally, a paddle tennis court with 7 courts is located 50 meters from the apartment. The area is particularly safe at all hours.
Guest Access
The entire home is available to guests. If there are 5 to 6 guests, the sofa bed in the living room will be unfolded and ready to be used as a queen-size bed.
Other things to keep in mind
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. However, you may smoke on the balcony, where you’ll find an ashtray. We also ask that you take care of the plants on the balcony and on the landing, which help make your stay among the greenery a relaxing one!
