The Space:

Casa Piccioni is a gated residential compound of 7 independently-managed apartments, in the heart of Condado, San Juan. Each unit has its own distinct layout and personality, giving guests a range of options depending on group size and travel style:



Units 1 & 2: 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments, approx. 2,000 sq ft, sleeping a base of 3 up to a maximum of 6 guests

Units 3 & 4: 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments, approx. 1,500 sq ft, sleeping a base of 2 up to a maximum of 4 guests

Unit 5: 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment, approx. 500 sq ft, with a Queen bed, sleeping up to 2 guests

Unit 6: 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment, approx. 600 sq ft, with a Queen and a Full bed, sleeping a base of 2 up to a maximum of 4 guests

Unit 7: 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment, approx. 300 sq ft, with a Queen bed, sleeping a base of 1 up to a maximum of 2 guests

All units share the same modern finishes, fully equipped kitchens, and access to the property's common areas — making Casa Piccioni equally well suited to a couple's weekend getaway, a family visit, or a larger group booking multiple units at once.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment you've booked, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM local time.

Checkout is at 11:00 AM local time.

To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.

Parties, smoking, or loud gatherings aren't permitted.

Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM.

This is a shared, multi-unit property — please be considerate of neighbors around the pool and communal laundry area.

Some units are pet-friendly; let us know in advance if you're traveling with a pet.



Online Check-In and Verification



Once you complete your online check-in, you'll receive the instructions to access the property.

A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease; by completing your reservation you agree to our rental terms and conditions.

To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.



Utilities & Weather in Puerto Rico



Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. We have a backup generator so you're never left in the dark, though its runtime depends on responsible use. During an outage, we recommend limiting higher-draw items — A/C, microwave, hair dryer, washer/dryer, and chargers — so the generator lasts as long as possible for everyone.

Water Supply: Water outages are uncommon, and we're prepared with backup water tanks on-site. If an external service interruption happens, we recommend using water only for the essentials and pausing the washing machine until service is restored.

Extended Outages: If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you choose to stay, you may request a refund for the affected nights. If you'd prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.

Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
