Outside, guests can relax on the private patio with a barbecue, ideal for al fresco lunches and dinners after a day at the beach.

Deposit: €200 (mandatory)
A gesture of mutual trust: It will be refunded within a few days of your stay. We recommend paying in cash, which is due on the day if you depart after 3:00 PM (time for cleaning), or by bank transfer.

Arriving after 8:00 PM? €50 supplement.

If using the outdoor BBQ, it must be left clean after each use (for good neighborliness), otherwise we will withhold €50 from the security deposit.
