This bright and airy apartment is situated on the ground floor of a 4-story apartment building in a leafy neighbourhood just a 10-minute stroll from the lakeshore.
The property enjoys a spacious open-plan living space that incorporates the kitchen and is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a dining table and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with a Moka coffee machine, a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave and a fridge.
