The 110 m² cottage adjoining the owners' house is completely independent. It has an enclosed inner courtyard at the front that can be used as parking and at the back a pretty garden with trees with a terrace to take your meals. A barn that can accommodate bicycles.

On the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven - microwave - dishwasher - electric coffee maker and TASSIMO - kettle - toaster), a bright living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
On the 1st floor: a bedroom with two single beds 90x190 cm - dresser - window with blackout curtains. A 2nd bedroom with a double bed 140x190 cm - wardrobe - window with blackout curtains. A shower room and a separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor: a mezzanine attic bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed - dresser - skylight with roller shutter.

Electric heating. Hot water via a 300l tank that regenerates from 9pm.
